The food was well-prepared and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, the dining area felt cramped, attempting to accommodate as many guests as possible, making it challenging to move around, and the environment was noticeably noisy.

Restaurant with a mix of western and Asian dishes. Had the chicken pad thai for lunch which was really tasty and hit the spot. Was sweet and sour, and filled with chicken, tofu and veggies. The veggies in particular had a really nice charred flavour and crunch to them. The chicken could have been a bit more tender, and the tails of the bean sprouts really should be removed, but other than that it was a pretty delicious meal.

A stunning cafe which definitely seems to be a local favourite - it had a real community feel to it as opposed to some of the more touristy venues which was nice. We sat outside, where there was a lot of seating and outdoor heaters which were great for a cold winter’s day. Our server was lovely, but definitely quite busy so they could do with having a few more staff on considering it was a busy weekend morning. I had ‘The Dundas’ which was very nice and filling, and my friend had the avocado toast which she also said was good. The coffees were also amazing. Overall definitely worth checking out, and I definitely would go back!

Decent place but they cannot keep up with their success. Went during the weekend and there were too many people. We were four, none of us has been served at the same time sadly. A simple long black coffee was served after 30min. The food is good enough (our best choice was the ricotta hotcake), I would recommend to avoid the weekend. The music is a bit too loud…

Busy cafe. Making a booking online is easy and so convenient. I ordered grilled barramundi with asian greens, and a plate of gyoza. Both dishes are cooked perfectly. It was so yum! Interesting to see a list of “the wok” food in this cafe menu. They tasted so much better than so many asian restaurants. My family had beef burger and vegetarian wraps, they were underwhelming though.

D&F has inside and an abundance of outside seating with heaters spread through it and shawl blankets you can use if you need to make the atmosphere calm even outside on a cooler day. Plenty of staff to help you and make sure service is quick and efficient. Creamy oat latte was sensational - breakfast bruschetta was delish!!! And chilli scramble brought the heat and flavour with creamy goats cheese and greens to mellow. Can def recommend.
